This basic edition is designed for anyone who wants a clear, structured workout plan without needing a gym. Over 8 weeks, you’ll follow simple but effective bodyweight workouts that help you train consistently, improve your form, and build discipline one session at a time. The program is built around 4 training days per week, with workouts lasting approximately 30–45 minutes, and requires no equipment to get started. Optional equipment such as a chair, mat, pull-up bar, or resistance band can be used for added variety.
Inside the program, you’ll get a full weekly schedule, clear 8-week progressions, realistic form illustrations, coaching notes, workout tables, weekly challenges, a final fitness test, basic nutrition and recovery guidance, and suggested supplement recommendations. The plan includes upper body strength, lower body strength, core and conditioning, and full-body calisthenics training.
