The Women's Lower Body & Core Program is a complete 8-week training plan created for women who want more structure, confidence, and direction in their fitness journey. Rather than relying on random workouts or quick-fix routines, this program walks the client through a focused progression for glutes, legs, lower-body strength, core stability, conditioning, and recovery.
This program is designed for beginner-to-intermediate clients who want to tone, strengthen, and shape the lower body while improving core control and confidence. The weekly plan includes four main training days, an optional recovery/cardio day, clear exercise instructions, form coaching, progression guidance, nutrition support, supplement recommendations, and faith-based reflection prompts.
